Notes

Use Dutch process cocoa for a smoother flavor. Whisk constantly to prevent scorching. Do not overcook or it will become too thick when cooled. Stir in 1 tbsp warm water if it thickens too much in the refrigerator. Phase: Luteal Phase: This supports this phase by providing a magnesium rich cocoa option that helps satisfy chocolate cravings in a cleaner way. Season: All Seasons: Works year round for drinks and desserts. Storage: Refrigerate up to 1 month in a sealed glass jar.
