Chocolate Covered Strawberry Cookie Dough Protein Bites

Recipe By Healthy Roots DIY
Soft strawberry cookie dough protein bites have a smooth texture with real strawberry pieces inside and a rich chocolate coating in every bite. Freeze dried strawberries in the dough create a naturally sweet and slightly tart flavor that keeps them balanced. Protein powder and almond flour create a satisfying dough without anything overly processed. Made with simple ingredients and no additives or seed oils for a cleaner, better option.

Notes

Tips: Crush strawberries very fine so they blend evenly into the dough. Add milk only if the dough feels too thick after mixing. If dough feels too soft, add 1 tbsp almond flour to firm it up. Let chocolate cool slightly before dipping for a thicker coating. Phase: Follicular Phase- Protein supports hormone balance while natural sugars provide steady energy as energy levels rise. Season: Spring- Fresh strawberry flavor and light sweetness match bright seasonal cravings. Storage: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 5 days. Freeze up to 2 months.
