\3 Tablespoons of Turmeric Powder

\1/4 teaspoon of Fresh Ground Pepper
\3 Tablespoons of Raw Honey, To 3 1/2 Tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Combine Dry Ingredients:
    In a mixing bowl, add moringa powder, turmeric powder, ginger powder, and black pepper. Stir until evenly mixed.
  2. Add Honey Gradually:
    Begin by adding 3 tablespoons of raw honey. Mix thoroughly with a spoon or spatula until it starts to clump. If needed, add the remaining 1/2 tablespoon gradually until a firm, kneadable dough forms.
  3. Form Tablets:
    Pinch off small pieces of dough and roll into tablet-sized ovals or balls using your hands.
  4. Dry Overnight:
    Place shaped tablets on a parchment-lined tray in a single layer. Let them air-dry at room temperature overnight (8–12 hours), turning once if needed to dry evenly.
  5. Store:
    Once fully dry, transfer the tablets to an airtight glass container and refrigerate.
  6. Usage:
    Take 1 tablet daily on an empty stomach with a glass of water.

Notes

  • Not recommended for nursing mothers. Consult a healthcare provider if pregnant, taking blood thinners, or dealing with gallbladder issues.
  • Wear gloves to avoid turmeric stains on skin and nails.
  • Do not overuse honey—too much can make the pills sticky and prone to molding.
  • To speed up drying, you can place the tray in a room with a fan or use a dehydrator on the lowest setting (under 95°F).
  • For extended shelf life, store in the refrigerator and use within 1 month.
  • If the mixture is too dry to form tablets, mist lightly with water—but avoid making it too wet.
