Description

Rich, velvety, and perfectly sweet, this Homemade Baileys Irish Cream tastes indulgent yet smooth with deep chocolate and coffee notes. Made with simple, real ingredients, it is a cleaner option for holiday sipping or gifting.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup of Heavy Cream
  • 1 Cup of Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 Cup of Irish Whiskey
  • 2 Tablespoons of Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon of Instant Espresso Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Tablespoon of Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 Teaspoon of Salt

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Liquid Measuring Cup
  • Measuring Spoons
  • Airtight Container

Instructions

  • Add heavy cream and sweetened condensed milk to a high speed blender.
  • Pour in the Irish whiskey.
  • Add cocoa powder, instant espresso powder, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and sea salt.
  • Blend on medium high speed for 20 to 30 seconds until completely smooth and fully combined.
  • Pour into a glass bottle or mason jar and seal tightly. Refrigerate before serving. Shake well before each use.

Notes

Use high quality Irish whiskey for the smoothest flavor.

For a thicker consistency, reduce whiskey slightly and increase heavy cream by two tablespoons.

Strain through a fine mesh sieve if you prefer an ultra silky texture.

Store in glass only and avoid plastic containers to maintain flavor and quality.

Cycle Syncing Phase:
Luteal Phase. The healthy fats in the cream help support satiety and stable blood sugar when enjoyed in moderation during this phase.

Season:
Winter. This creamy drink pairs well with colder months and cozy gatherings.

Shelf Life:
Store in the refrigerator up to 2 weeks. Shake before each use. Discard if smell or texture changes.
