Ingredients

Baking Powder

\1/4 Cup of Baking Soda
\1/2 Cup of Cream of Tartar
\1/4 Cup of Cornstarch, (Optional to prevent clumping)

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients
    Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl with a whisk or wooden spoon.
  2. Add to airtight jar
    Add the baking powder to an airtight mason jar or spice jar.

Shelf Life: Up to 6 weeks (with cornstarch, in an airtight container)
