Stainless Steel Ice Cream Scoop

Ingredients

\2 Cups of Vanilla Ice Cream
\1 Cup of Milk
\Natural Food Coloring, Optional

Instructions

  1. Add ice cream, milk, and peppermint extract to blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and thick, about 20-30 seconds.
  3. Add natural green coloring if desired and blend briefly just until the color is evenly distributed
  4. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

Use high quality vanilla ice cream because the flavor of the milkshake comes mostly from the ice cream.
Add the milk slowly if a thicker milkshake texture is preferred.
Blend only until smooth so the shake stays thick instead of becoming thin.
Freeze the serving glasses for a few minutes before serving for an extra cold milkshake.

Phase:
Ovulatory Phase. Dairy provides protein and fats that support hormone production during ovulation, while peppermint offers a refreshing flavor that many people crave when energy and metabolism are naturally higher during this phase.

Season:
Early Spring. Mint naturally aligns with spring flavors and the lighter, refreshing foods people tend to enjoy as winter ends.

Storage:
Best served immediately. Milkshakes lose their thick texture if stored.
