Ingredients

\1 Cup of Organic Cane Sugar
\1 Cup of Filtered Water

Instructions

  1. Combine the sugar and water in a saucepan and place on medium low heat.
  2. Once the sugar is dissolved, remove from heat. If you want the syrup to be thicker then allow to reduce until desired thickness.
  3. Remove from heat and allow to cool before placing in an airtight jar.

Notes

Tips: Use equal parts for standard syrup and reduce water slightly for a thicker version Do not boil aggressively or it can thicken too much Add vanilla or citrus peel after removing from heat for flavor variations Store only once fully cooled to prevent condensation Phase: All phases- Supports balanced energy by providing a quick, simple carbohydrate source without additives.
