Soyaki Sauce
Description
This glossy soyaki copycat sauce is smooth, rich, sweet, savory, and perfectly ginger forward, with the same bold, balanced flavor as the bottled version. It has a thick, silky finish that clings beautifully to chicken, salmon, steak, shrimp, and vegetables without tasting heavy or artificial. The sesame oil adds depth, while the vinegar and subtle citrus round everything out so the flavor tastes complete and layered. Made without preservatives, caramel color, or seed oils, this version keeps the taste accurate while allowing you full control over the ingredients.
